  • Saved lessons, saved courses, learning path selections, study streaks, and progress dashboard activity.
  • Practice tool usage (flashcards, glossary, practice lab, historical content, and AI tutor interactions).
  • App activity such as tab navigation, feature usage, and session duration.
  • Device information such as device type, operating system, and app version.
  • Diagnostic and performance data to improve stability and user experience.

C. Content You Provide

  • Text inputs submitted to the AI tutor for educational questions and explanations.
  • Practice lab observations and notes you enter for learning exercises.
  • Support messages and feedback you send to us.

We do not collect palm photos, tarot inputs, coffee cup images, or astrology data for fortune telling or predictive readings. Varsik Learning Academy is an educational app and does not offer those services.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide structured courses, lessons, quizzes, certificates, and learning progress tracking.
  • Personalize your learning dashboard, recommendations, and daily educational concepts.
  • Save and sync your enrolled courses, saved content, and study progress across devices.

  • We use secure, industry-standard cloud providers (including Firebase) to store and process data.
  • Data transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS).
  • Sensitive information is protected using strong encryption and access controls.
  • Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

While we take strong precautions, no system can guarantee 100% security.

5. AI Tutor & Educational Data Use

Varsik Learning Academy includes an AI tutor that helps explain palmistry history, symbolism, and hand analysis concepts for educational purposes only.

  • AI responses are generated automatically based on your questions.
  • Tutor conversations may be processed to deliver educational answers within the app.
  • The AI tutor is designed not to provide fortune telling, future predictions, or personal destiny claims.
  • We may use anonymized and aggregated interaction data to improve educational content and tutor quality over time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your account and learning data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal data and account.

You can also delete your account directly from Settings → Delete Account within the App.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

8. Children’s Privacy

Varsik Learning Academy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
